Staff Missio
Staff Missio is a cohort-based discussion group for Baylor University staff who are interested in exploring the relationship between Christian faith, vocation, and their work at the University.
Through shared readings and conversation, participants reflect on Baylor's Christian mission and consider how their daily work contributes to the University's calling as a Christian research university. Whether serving students directly or supporting Baylor's educational mission behind the scenes, staff play a vital role in cultivating a flourishing university community.
Staff Missio provides an opportunity to engage colleagues from across the University, explore questions of faith and vocation together, and build meaningful relationships across departments.
